We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders totaling $25.00 and up for domestic orders (United States only). The postage and handling for orders under $25.00 is $5.25.
All orders are mailed using US Postal Service priority mail.
International Shipping and Handling Fees:
We are not responsible for the receipt of international shipping. We will be happy to assist in tracking lost packages and will give you the tracking numbers. We send our international packages via the US Postal Service priority system but if you want additional tracking or insurance please request in the comments section of your order and we will add the additional postage and billed your accordingly. If additional tracking or insurance is purchased and the package is not received we will assist in the tracking request but we will not responsible for receipt of the package.
We are not responsible and do not included charges for import fees, custom duties or other taxes. If any of these additional costs are charged you will be notified by the appropriate local authority.
Sales Tax:
All orders placed within the State of Florida will have 6.5% sales tax added to the order as required by the Florida Department of Revenue.

Checks and Money Orders:
We do accept checks and money orders. Please call us at 386-218-6820 to place your order. Your order will be mailed to you upon verification by our bank that your payment has been processed and the funds have cleared.
Lay-A Way:
Yes, we do offer a Lay-A-Way plan.
We offer a 60 day plan on orders $75.00 or more. A 1/3 deposit is required at the time of order. The next 1/3 payment is due within 30 days of the order. The final payment is due within 60 days of placing the order.
You must provide a valid email address, phone number and address to qualify. There are no additional fees, charges or interest on your order
Your order will be mailed upon receipt of the final payment. Only credit card payments are accepted for our Lay-A-Way plan.
All deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned if the balance is not paid.

Changed your mind and don't want merchandise? Return the item within 30 days. Item must be in saleable condition. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke odor on them. Copyrighted materials (books and patterns) can not be returned. Customer pays for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item only.
